Deliveries are scheduled between 2pm & 6pm daily. In unforeseeable circumstances that lead to delays, we will do our best to keep you updated. Please ensure that somebody is home to collect the order during this time frame, as we will be unable to redeliver the package that same day.

Stitch facilitates the assembly and delivery of bundles, but is not responsible for the preparation/cooking of the food items. If you are unhappy with the food received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with our partners to find a solution.
If the items delivered are not as per your order, please e-mail us at email@example.com. We also recommend you check your order invoice to ensure that everything is correct.
CANCELLATION / CHANGES
Given our food partners will freshly prepare items for your order, our ability to make changes or offer a refund will depend on the progress they have already made with your order. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to support you.
In case you want to make changes to the non-perishable items you have chosen, e-mail us at email@example.com and we will process your request unless it's already been dispatched for delivery.
